Arcane builds are a bit different and they need a little bit more work to get them going but keep at it, they are the best and most versatile builds in the game imo. I am currently going for a 99 arcane build and i almost feel like the game is not ready for that lol, i am steamrolling through everything.

Moonlight Sword is actually great for your build. About the stats, 50 strenght an 50 arcane are essential, and I think it's good to level endurance to at least to 25. The wheel is the best weapon imo. Moonlight is actually better at 25 skl 25 str.
