Used DA/SA P229's are usually in the $550-$700 range depending on condition. I might pay a little more for an early one. BTW, .40 S&W and .357 SIG use the same magazine in the P229. My lowest serial number is on My P239 Nitron DAK 56A 0088XX. Next is My P239 Scorpion 56A 0110XX. My two P220s surprised Me P220 10MM Lipsey 37B 0494XX. but My P220 Equinox 37B449XX.
