For what it's worth, you need to find the CAUSE of the problem first. Bending at the waist is often caused by the front knee bending as it lands. This allows the weight to fall forward. Apr 27, 2014 · After last summer, she took a break for about a month. After the break she had gained about 4-5 mph on her fastball. She pitched in a couple fall tournaments with the same velocity.
